Individual and Joint $2750.00 $1100.00 down rest in the plan
During the bankruptcy process two classes are required I will point out the least priced options for the classes but they are not included in the fees mentioned above they run about $30.00 to $50.00.
Family Law
It is difficult to quote a fee for family law cases since they are usually so unique a general price range for these cases is $1000.00 and up.
Estate Planning
Estate planning prices are difficult to quote as well but I am happy to provide a simple estate plan that includes a will, trust, medical directive, and power of attorney starting at $500.00. This does not include tax planning but we can discuss options for this at a meeting.
